You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Šuppšu. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected wallet. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Payments and Šuppies

Šuppšu may require payment in $GOR or Šuppies for generations. Šuppies are credits used inside the platform and are not a cryptocurrency or token. Prices may change and are displayed before you confirm a generation.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to generate, upload, or share content that violates applicable law or the content policies of our providers. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: illegal content, sexual exploitation, explicit violence, or hateful content.

6. User Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using Šuppšu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., for generation, storage, and display in your account).

7. Intellectual Property

The Šuppšu platform, branding, and software are owned by Šuppšu and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to access or tamper with our systems or other users.
• Using the service to distribute malware or engage in fraud.
• Reverse engineering or bypassing safety, payment, or rate limits.
• Reselling or rehosting the service without authorization.

9. Disclaimers

Šuppšu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that outputs will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Šuppšu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms
